Overview

This website is a static site. No tracking cookies are set and no user-related web analytics are used. Personal data is processed only to the extent described below.

For displaying your selected light or dark color scheme, the website stores solely the value eullrich-theme in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This value is not transmitted to us or to third parties and serves only the functioning of the website. You can remove it by clearing the website data in your browser.

Hosting (Cloudflare)

This website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA; represented in the EU, among others, by Cloudflare Germany GmbH). When you access the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, page requested, data volume transferred, referrer, and browser and operating system information) in server log files. This serves the secure and stable provision of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Any transfer to the USA is safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses; Cloudflare is also certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The website does not use Cloudflare Pages Analytics or any other web analytics. Cloudflare provides only hosting and technical infrastructure.

For protection against attacks and automated access, Cloudflare may additionally set technically necessary security cookies (e.g. cf_clearance,__cf_bm) and use a challenge procedure and error reporting (Network Error Logging). Fonts

The fonts used on this website are served locally from our own server (self-hosting). No connection is made to third-party servers – in particular not to Google Fonts; no transmission of your IP address to third parties for font retrieval takes place.

Contact form

A contact form is available on the /seo-berater/ page. When you submit it, the details you enter (name, business email address, website, company name, desired goals, and your description of the matter) are processed in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry) or – where a contract is being initiated – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Delivery is first-party via Cloudflare's Email Routing service to the contact address stated above; no separate third-party email provider is used. For protection against misuse, the IP address is processed exclusively in hashed form and only for a daily usage limit (maximum 10 requests per day) for 24 hours; it is not stored permanently. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations conflict.

Contact by email

If you contact us by email (hi@eullrich.com), your details are processed and stored to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or – where a contract is being initiated – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations conflict.

AI brand check

On the /markencheck/ page you can check which properties a language model (GPT-5.6 Luna by OpenAI) attributes to a brand from its trained knowledge. To do this, we transmit the brand name and domain you enter to OpenAI (OpenAI Ireland Ltd., and OpenAI, L.L.C., USA); no web search takes place. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the free check). For personal brands, the brand name may also constitute personal data. Any transfer to the USA is safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses; OpenAI is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The result is cached for 24 hours; for accounting and quality purposes we store the brand name, domain and result without the IP address for a maximum of 120 days.

This website uses TLS encryption for security reasons. You can recognize an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.

Your rights

Within the limits of the statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For the controller, the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Officer is responsible (Devrientstraße 5, 01067 Dresden, Germany). Irrespective of this, you may contact the supervisory authority of your place of residence.
